HOW TO DO CLEAR CACHE, CLEAR DATA AND FORCE STOP ON Jupiter Smart Player or some Third-Party Players
- Click on "Settings" Do NOT go to the setting of the Jupiter Smart Player.
2. Then go to "APPLICATIONS". Then go to Manage Installed Applications
3. Then look for "Jupiter Smart Player or Third-Party Player (Iptv Smarters).
4. Then go to and Click "Clear Cache", "Clear Data" and "Force Stop". (This will reset the APP Completely and solve most issues with APP)
5. Then click the home button on your remote and click the "Jupiter Smart Player. You will have to re-enter you Login information using your username and password and if you have a Third Party app the URL to our server. Then try to browse any channels see if the glitch is fix from app.
